Lacework Announces Executive Appointments

Lacework has announced the following additions to its executive team:

• David “Hat” Hatfield has been elected Chairman. He is the former Vice Chairman and President of Pure Storage.

• Dan Hubbard has been appointed Chief Product Officer. He formerly led Lacework as Chief Executive Officer. 

• Ulfar Erlingsson has been named Chief Architect. He joins from Apple, where he served as a Research And Development Scientist. He previously held roles with Google and Microsoft Research as well.

• Vikram Kapoor’s role will be expanded to include Founder of a Lacework business, which has not yet been announced. He currently serves as Founder and Chief Technology Officer. 

Lacework provides end-to-end cloud security automation for AWS, Azure, and GCP with a comprehensive view of risks across cloud workloads and containers. The company is based in San Jose, CA.
