Kevin M. Warren Elected to Fiserv’s Board of Directors

Fiserv has appointed Kevin M. Warren as a Member of its Board of Directors. He will also join the company’s Executive Leadership Council. Kevin is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for UPS. He was previously employed by Xerox, where he served in roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in his position as President of Commercial Business Group for Xerox Services. Kevin currently serves as a Director for Illinois Tool Works, Georgetown University, and the UPS Foundation.
