Jean-Pascal Tricoire joins the Board of Directors at Qualcomm Incorporated

Qualcomm Incorporated announced the appointment of the current CEO of Schneider Electric SE, to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Jean-Pascal will serve on the Governance Committee and his term as a member of the Board of Directors continues until Qualcomm’s annual meeting of stockholders in 2021. He is currently the Vice President of the France-China Committee and Director of the Board of the United Nations Global Compact (USA). He is also a UN #HeForShe Corporate IMPACT champion and a member of the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum.

Qualcomm is an American public multinational corporation headquartered in San Diego, California, and incorporated in Delaware. It creates intellectual property, semiconductors, software, and services related to wireless technology. It is a 2,427 crores USD (2019) firm.
