Douglas Woodard Tapped as Chief Customer Experience Officer for SimpliSafe

Simplisafe has hired Douglas Woodard as Chief Customer Experience Officer. He is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience serving both the business-to-consumer and business-to-business sectors. He joins from Capital One, where he was most recently Senior Vice President, Customer Operations, US Card, overseeing the customer service, fraud, disputes, collections, chat, back-office and supply chain functions. Prior to that, his time with Citi culminated in his role as 
Senior Vice President/Director, Customer Experience Strategy. Over the course of his twelve years with Staples/Staples Advantage, he held such roles as Vice President of Inside Sales and Vice President of Customer Service, North American Delivery. Early in his career, he held roles with L.L. Bean and Accenture.
