Cristiano Amon to Lead Qualcomm as Chief Executive Officer

Qualcomm has appointed Cristiano Amon as Chief Executive Officer, commencing on June 30, 2021. Cristiano has steadily earned roles of increasing leadership responsibility throughout his 26-year tenure with the company, most recently serving as President and a member of the company’s executive team. He succeeds Steve Mollenkopf , who recently announced that he will retire but temporarily remain with the company as a Strategic Advisor.
