Cherie Caldwell Named Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for SalesLoft

SalesLoft has hired Cherie Caldwell as its first ever Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I). She will also become a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Cherie will lead SalesLoft Cares, efforts to improve DE&I initiatives by the Employee Resource Groups, the promotion of awareness and education programming, and community engagement. She has held leadership roles with several notable companies throughout her career thus far, including: Vice President of Human Resources for Comcast Cable; Director of Associate Relations, West for The Home Depot; Managing Director, Global Diversity, Talent Acquisition & Retention for Delta Air Lines; and Senior Human Resource Manager for Mondelēz International. She advocates for the nonprofit Cool Girls, co-founded the Black Women’s Career Council, and represents the company on Metro Atlanta Chamber’s (MAC’s) “ATL Action For Racial Equity”.

SalesLoft is a sales engagement platform that assists sales professionals in customer communication, pipeline building, and managing deals. Headquartered in Atlanta, SalesLoft has additional offices in San Francisco, New York City, London, and Guadalajara, Mexico with a workforce of over 400 employees.
