UPS Announces Human Resources Executive Leadership Changes
UPS has announced the following changes to its human resources executive team:
- Darrell Ford will become Chief Human Resources Officer on January 1, 2021. Darrell will spearhead global human resources strategy, succession planning, talent acquisition and management, training and development, performance management and compensation. He was previously a human resources leader with DuPont. He succeeds Charlene Thomas as Chief Human Resources Officer.
- Charlene Thomas will transition to the newly-created Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer role on January 1, 2021. She most recently led as the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Charlene’s role will also include diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives relating to the company’s suppliers, customers, and other partners.
