United Parcel Services (UPS) Announces Changes to Board of Directors
United Parcel Services (UPS) has made the following changes to its Board of Directors:
- Kate Johnson, President of Microsoft US, has joined as a Member of the Board. She will join the Risk Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
- Russell Stoke, President & CEO of GE Aviation Services and Chairman of GE Power Portfolio, has been elected as a Member of the Board. He will join the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
- John Stankey will be resigning from the Board in order to focus on his relatively new role as Chief Executive Officer of AT&T.
