Stephanie Chung joins Wheels Up as first Chief Growth Officer

Wheels up announced the appointment of Stephanie Chung as the company’s first Chief Growth Officer. The newly created role follows the announcement of a new Aircraft Sales business; the acquisition of Gama Aviation; and the close of its acquisition of Delta Private Jets with Delta Air Lines earlier this year.

Stephanie will be focusing on generating revenue through new client acquisition, and growing a diverse membership base by targeting corporations, associations, executives, entrepreneurs, and sports and entertainment personalities as the next generation of private flyers. She comes with over 30 years of experience catalyzing transformative growth in the aviation sector and has widely been recognized as a trailblazer as the first African American president of a major private aviation company.

Wheels Up is an aviation company that primarily serves members in the United States. It was founded in 2013, by Kenny Dichter and Bill Allard using a membership/on-demand business model.
