Robert Riesbeck Joins Terminix as Chief Financial Officer

Terminix has announced that Robert (“Bob”) Riesbeck will become Executive Vice President immediately, and will officially step into the Chief Financial Officer role on March 31, 2021. Bob joins from Pier 1 Imports, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Pier 1 Imports as well. Bob succeeds Anthony (“Tony”) DiLucente, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, who will be retiring in early 2021. Bob will stay on as an advisor until March 31, 2021 to ensure a smooth transition.
