Mike Beregovsky Appointed Chief M&A Officer and Co-Head of Strategy & Investor Relations for Allied Universal

Allied Universal has appointed Mike Beregovsky Chief Merger & Acquisition Officer and Co-Head of Strategy & Investor Relations. In this role, he will focus on both the company’s continued growth, all M&A activities, and its future acquisition and integration of G4S. He is an existing Member of Allied Universal’s Board of Directors. He joins from Warburg Pincus, where his decade-long tenure was focused on the Industrial and Business Services spaces. Earlier in his career, he had stints with Thomas H. Lee Partners, Banc of Americas Securities and the SEC.
