Mayo Clinic’s Henry Ting Appointed Chief Health Officer for Delta Air Lines

Delta Air Lines has appointed Henry Ting, M.D., M.B.A., to the newly-created role of Chief Health Officer, effective February 15, 2021. He will then have responsibility for employee and customer health initiatives. Henry joins from the Mayo Clinic, where he served as a Cardiologist and as Chief Value Officer. Through the relationship between the Mayo Clinic and Delta–in addition to his position as Chair of the Delta Medical Advisory Council–Henry became an adviser to Delta regarding employee testing, cleaning, and safety measures related to COVID-19. In his new role with Delta, Henry will collaborate with Delta’s human resources, customer experience and corporate safety teams regarding health safety efforts. He will report to Ed Bastian, Chief Executive Officer.
