Joseph Cubba Appointed Chief Growth Officer for ManTech

ManTech has named Joseph Cubba Chief Growth Officer, with responsibility for strategic growth focused on sales, revenue and profit. He is a seasoned sales executive, bringing more than three decades of experience to this role. He joins from a 17-year career with IBM, which culminated in his role as Senior Partner and Vice President, Defense and Intelligence. He previously held sales leadership roles with Northrop Gruman and eConvergent. 
 
ManTech provides mission-focused technology solutions and services for U.S. defense, intelligence community and federal civilian agencies. Headquartered in Herndon, VA, the company has nearly 9,000 employees. For fiscal year 2019, ManTech posted $2.22 billion in revenue.
