
Hisayuki Idekoba Promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer of Recruit Holdings
Recruit Holdings has appointed Hisayuki Idekoba President and Chief Executive Officer, commencing on April 1, 2021. He will then transition out of his current role as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He currently serves as a Director of the Board as well. Throughout his tenure, Hisayuki has spearheaded digital transformations among such business lines as travel, beauty and dining. He was also instrumental in the company’s acquisition of Indeed, ultimately serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Indeed post-acquisition. Hisayuki will succeed Masumi Minegishi as President and CEO, at which point Masumi will become Chairperson and Representative Director of the Board.
Recruit Holdings provides human resource technology, marketing media, and temporary staffing services. The Tokyo-based company has more than 45,000 employees and operates in more than 60 countries. Recruit posted revenues of 2,399.4 billion yen for fiscal year 2019.
