Herc Holdings Announced Changes to Board of Directors

Herc Holdings has announced the following changes to its Board of Directors:

• Patrick D. Campbell has been appointed Non-Executive Chair of the Board. He is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of 3M Company. Prior to 3M, Patrick served General Motors for 25 years, ultimately serving as Vice President of International and Europe.

• Shari L. Burgess has been elected as a Director of the Board. She is currently Vice President and Treasurer for Lear Corporation. She will join both the Audit and Finance Committees. Earlier in her career, she served Victor International as a Corporate Controller, and Ernst & Young as an Audit Manager.

• Herbert L. Henkel has retired as Non-Executive Chair of the Board. Herbert is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ingersoll-Rand plc. Prior to that, he held various senior leadership roles with Textron, ultimately serving as President and Chief Operating Officer.
