Guidehouse Appoints Dominica Groom Williams as Chief Culture, Inclusion, and Diversity Officer

Guidehouse appointed Dominica Groom as Chief Culture, Inclusion, and Diversity Officer (CCIDO), effective June 7. She will report to Scott McIntyre, the company’s Chief Executive Officer. She joins Guidehouse with more than 15 years of experience, most recently serving as Vice President of the Office of Inclusive Engagement at Freddie Mac. Prior, she served as Senior Director, Global Supplier Diversity and Sustainability at Marriott International.
