Glyn Barker joins The Berkeley Group Holdings as an Interim Chairman

The Berkeley Group Holdings plc announced the appointment of Glyn Barker as Interim Chairman. He will become Non-Executive Chairman for up to two years, while the Board identifies a new long-term Non-Executive Chairman. Glyn will also become Chairman of the Nomination Committee, although he will not Chair the Committee when the position of the next Chairman is being considered.
