Francesca Molinari Becomes Wheels Up’s First Chief People Officer

Wheels Up has appointed Francesca Molinari as the company’s first Chief People Officer, overseeing human resources and culture, including organizational design, talent acquisition, development, retention, and diversity and inclusion, She will report to Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Kenny Dichter. She was previously with Adobe, where she was Vice President of Human Resources Business Partnering for Digital Experience, leading 5,000 employees globally. Throughout her career, she has served in several senior human resources executive roles, including as Chief Human Resources Officer of Magento, Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Human Capital For ICG Commerce / Procurian, and Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Human Resources for Central Park Conservancy. She has also held human resources leadership positions with several notable companies, including eBay, GE Capital, Barneys New York, and Macy’s.
