DXC Technology Announced Two Board Appointments

DXC Technology has announced the following appointments to its Board of Directors:

• Dawn Rogers has been elected as a Board Member. She currently serves American Securities as Director of Human Capital, assisting portfolio companies in all related matters. Previously, she spent over two decades with Pfizer, ultimately leading as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

• Kiko Washington has been elected as a Board Member, in addition to the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee. Kiko is the former Executive Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources for Warner Bros. Entertainment, where he oversaw a broad range of human resources functions. He previously held human resources leadership roles for such companies as HBO and Time Warner.
