
Craig Richardson Becomes Union Pacific’s Chief Legal Officer And Corporate Secretary
Union Pacific has appointed Craig Richardson Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. In this role, Craig will be responsible for all legal affairs, such as commercial transactions and litigation, regulatory matters, labor and employment. He will over oversee compliance and ethics, as well as risk management initiatives. His previous roles include serving as Vice President of Commercial and Regulatory Law and Associate General Counsel. He also led El Paso Corporation’s Pipeline Group as Chief Legal Officer earlier in his career.
