Constant Contact Announces Management Appointments

Constant Contact, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTCT) announced that Julie M. B. Bradley and Lisa Weinstein have been appointed to the company’s board of directors. Julie will serve on the audit committee and Lisa will serve on the nominating and corporate governance committee. The company also announced a $50 million stock repurchase program.
