Chitra Nayak Appointed as a Board Member for Infosys

Infosys has elected Chitra Nayak as Independent Director of the Board. She brings expertise in go-to-market, general management and operations leadership to her new role. Presently, Chitra is a Member of the Boards of Directors for Invitae, Morneau Shepell, Forward Air and Intercom. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer for both Comfy and Funding Circle USA. Prior to that, she held several executive roles with Salesforce, ultimately leading as Chief Operating Officer of the Platform business. She has also held leadership positions with AAA Northern California and Charles Schwab. Early in her career, she spent time with Boston Consulting Group, advising on business strategy and business development, marketing strategy and operational effectiveness.
