BrandSafway Hires New CEO and CFO

BrandSafway has announced the appointment of two new executives:

• Karl Fessenden will serve BrandSafway as Chief Executive Officer beginning in mid-October. Karl joins BrandSafway from MB Aerospace, where he was President and Chief Operating Officer. He brings significant leadership experience to BrandSafway, including serving CHC as Chief Executive Officer. He has also served GE in various capacities, including as President/Chief Executive Officer of Power Generation Services.

• Christian Garcia will become Chief Financial Officer of BrandSafway in mid-October. He brings strong financial acumen and leadership experience to his new role, having served as Chief Financial Officer for three different public companies: Weatherford, Visteon and Halliburton.
