Accurate Background Announces Leadership Appointments

Accurate Background has announced the following executive leadership appointments:

• Russell (“Russ”) Doll has been named Chief Financial Officer. He will report to Tim Dowd, Chief Executive Officer. He was previously with HAVI, where he served as President of the Packaging and Supply Chain unit after initially joining the company as Chief Financial Officer. He has also held executive leadership roles with ARYZTA, Fresh Start Bakeries, Bell Industries, and Predelivery Service Corporation. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

• Dan Shoemaker has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, with responsibility for sales, account management, client solutions, strategic alliances and sales operations. He previously served the company as Senior Vice President of Business Development. He will report to Tim Dowd, Chief Executive Officer. He previously led PeopleFacts as Chief Executive Officer. He has also held executive-level roles with SNH Capital Partners, HireRight, and USIS.
