Vortus Investment Advisors Announces Executive Promotions

Vortus Investment Advisors recently announced the following executive appointments:

• Brian Hansen has been promoted to Partner from his most recent role as Principal. He brings strong investment experience, having led sourcing, structuring, transactional due diligence, and monitoring and management. He previously served Pioneer Natural Resources in several capacities, including managerial, operational and financial roles.

• Frank Lamsens has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer. He most recently served the firm simultaneously as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. He previously served TPG in positions across corporate finance, accounting and investor relations. He began his career in KPMG’s audit group.

• Ross Cunningham has been promoted to Director of Finance from Controller. He previously served TPG in various roles, ultimately as Senior Manager, Business Unit Finance. He has also been a Senior Audit Associate with KPMG, then with AuldridgeGriffin.
