Trilantic North America Announces Executive Changes

Trilantic North America has announced the following appointments amongst its senior leadership team:

• Giulianna Ruiz has been promoted to Partner. She most recently served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. She began her career as an Associate with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.

• Christopher Murphy has been elevated to Partner of Business Development, most recently serving the firm as Principal. He began his tenure with the firm as an Associate before being promoted to Vice President. He has previously held executive level roles with Solaris Midstream Holdings and Core Partners LP. 

• Kristin DePlatchett has joined the firm as Partner and Head of Investor Relations, focused on fundraising and investor relations. She previously founded Kraken Capital, which she led as a Managing Partner. She also held several roles with StepStone Group LP, ultimately serving as a Managing Director.

Trilantic North America is a private equity firm focused on investments in the North American region, primarily within the consumer, business services and energy sectors. The firm has managed six private equity fund families with aggregate capital commitments of $9.7 billion.
