Tom Casey to be Chief Financial Officer of Clarke Inc.

Clarke Inc. has promoted Tom Casey to Chief Financial Officer, commencing on June 26, 2021. Tom most recently served as the firm’s Vice President of Finance. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Finance for Holloway Lodging, one of the firm’s subsidiaries. Earlier in his career, he gained experience through positions with Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He will succeed Stephen Cyr, who announced he will resign in June after a 13-year career with the firm.
 
Halifax-based Clarke invests in a variety of private and publicly-traded businesses and participates actively where necessary to enhance performance and increase its return.
