Thoma Bravo Announces Senior Operations Executive Changes

Thoma Bravo has announced the following changes among its senior operations leadership team:

• Gerald (“Jerry”) Nowak has been named Managing Director and General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer. He will have legal and compliance, information technology and administrative leadership responsibilities. He joins from Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he served as a Partner leading Private Equity, M&A and Capital Markets. 

• Jennifer James will become Chief Operating Officer as an expansion upon her current role as Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations and Marketing. She was previously a Partner focused on Investor Relations & Marketing with Sofinnova Ventures. She has also held executive roles with Alta Partners and Blanc & Otus. She began her career as an Associate with A.T. Kearney.
