The Sterling Group Announces Promotions

The Sterling Group recently announced the following promotions:

• Erin Arnold has been elevated to Managing Director. She returned to Sterling last year after previously serving the firm earlier in her career. She previously spent five years with Madison Dearborn Partners, ultimately as a Director, Basic Industries. She has also spent time with Boston Consulting Group, Greenbriar Equity Group and Credit Suisse throughout her career.

• Johann Friese has been elevated to Principal from his previous Vice President role. He most recently focused on serving Artisan Design Group, a Sterling portfolio company, as part of the senior management team. Earlier in his career, he also served Advent International and J.P. Morgan.

• Aryan Sameri has been elevated to Principal, Commercial Diligence and Strategy from Vice President. He previously served McKinsey & Company and Khudairi Group
