Silversmith Capital Partners announced the appointment of Julia Frenette as Operating Partner, Talent. In this role, Julia will collaborate with entrepreneurs and leaders within the Silversmith portfolio to identify and recruit senior executives and board members, as well as provide strategic support for talent-related initiatives. Julia most recently served as Senior Director, Executive Recruiting at Salesforce.
