Prosper Vignone of IBM Joins Siris as Investment Principal

Siris has hired Prosper Vignone as an Investment Principal to focus on investment opportunities and company growth. Previously, Prosper spent over twenty years with IBM in various finance and accounting roles for business development, M&A, and corporate development. Most recently, he was Vice President and Head of Business Development for IBM Global Markets. He has served in several leadership roles for IBM, including business development positions involving the Watson unit. In total, Prosper assisted with over 70 transactions for IBM globally.

Siris is a leading private equity firm focused on making control investments in data, telecommunications, technology and technology-enabled business service companies. To date, Siris has raised more than $5.9 billion of cumulative committed capital and is currently seeking investments with transaction values from $500 million to $5 billion.
