NetScientific Announces Board Changes

NetScientific has announced the following changes to its Board of Directors:

• John Clarkson has been appointed Executive Chairman of NetScientific, Chairman of ProAxsis, and Director of Glycotest. He will transition from his previous post as Non-Executive Chairman of NetScientific. John’s professional career included roles with Deloitte Haskins + Sells and Coopers Deloitte (now PwC).

• Clive Sparrow joins the Board as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee. His experience includes roles with NHS, PwC and HM Treasury. Currently, he is also a Non-Executive Director on the Board of NHS Trust.
  

• Professor Stephen Smith, Non-Executive Director at NetScientific, will become Chairman of NetScientific’s new Scientific and Industry Advisory Group. He will also be tasked with providing scientific expertise to portfolio companies and new opportunities.
