Jerry L. Johnson Appointed Operating Executive with The Halifax Group

The Halifax Group has named Jerry L. Johnson Operating Executive, making him the second appointment for that role within the firm. Currently, Jerry is Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Strategy and Investor Relations for Enpro Industries. Jerry was previously with RLJ Equity Partners, where he was both a Founding Member and Partner. His 25 years of leadership experience also includes roles with Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette and McKinsey & Company.

The Halifax Group is a private equity firm that partners with managers and entrepreneurs to recapitalize and grow lower middle-market businesses with total enterprise values generally between $50 million and $300 million. The firm is headquartered in Washington, D.C. and maintains an office in Raleigh, NC.
