• John Dwyer to Managing Director. John will continue to lead and manage Great Hill’s finance, compliance, and accounting functions as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. He joined the company in 2007.
• Mary Kate Bertke to Managing Director. Mary will continue to focus on maintaining and developing relationships with existing and prospective global limited partners as Head of Investor Relations. She joined the company in 2012
