Gemspring Capital announces Executive Changes

Michael Fan, Brad Liff, and Jack Tucker joins Gemspring Capital as senior team members, effective immediately.

Michael Fan, a Principal, will be focused on investments in Software. He has more than a decade of experience in sourcing and executing transactions in the technology sector.

Brad Liff, a Managing Director, will be responsible for the structured investments and opportunistic credit. He brings over 15 years of credit investing experience across a broad range of structures, strategies, industries, geographies and cycles.

Jack Tucker, a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, will be focused on investor relations, ESG initiatives, business development, human resources and recruiting.

Gemspring Capital is a lower middle market private equity firm with $1.1 billion of capital under management focused on companies generating up to $500 million in revenue in the business services, industrial services, distribution and logistics, healthcare services, financial & insurance services.
