Caroline Gibert to be First Head of ESG for Flexstone Partners

Flexstone Partners has named Caroline Gibert as its first Head of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance). She will take on this new position in addition to her existing role as Head of Investor Relations and Business Development. As Head of ESG, two of Caroline’s major initiatives will be spearheading the firm’s efforts to become a neutral carbon company by 2050, as well as improving gender parity among its investment teams by 2030. Prior to Flexstone, she served in communications and investor relations for Omnes Capital. She has also had stints with Amundi, L’Oreal, and Natixis earlier in her career.
