Canopy Rivers Makes Changes to Board of Directors

Canopy Rivers has announced the following changes to its Board of Directors:

• Asha Daniere has been named Chair after serving as a Board Member since 2018. Her Board experience with the company includes: Current Chair of the Special Committee of the Board reviewing the company’s investment in PharmHouse, former Chair for the Compensation, Nominating, and Governance Committee, and former Chair for Conflicts Review Committee.
• Garth Hawkinson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Constellation Brands, has become the company’s newest Board Member.
• Joseph Mimran will become Chair of the Compensation, Nominating, and Governance Committee of the Board. He is also a Member of the Audit Committee and Member of the Conflicts Review Committee for the company. Joseph currently serves as President and Creative Director of consulting firm Joseph Mimran & Associates Inc.
• John Bell, the former Chair of the Board, chose not to seek re-election as Chair.
