Serta Simmons Bedding, Inc. Announces Executive Changes

Serta Simmons Bedding Inc. announced the appointment of Charlie Eitel as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Tim Oakhill as Chief Marketing Officer, Mark Genender as Executive Chairman of the Board, and James M. Loree has been appointed to the Board.

Charlie Eitel previously served as CEO of Simmons Bedding from 2000 to 2008, He also served as Vice Chairman of the Simmons Bedding Board from 2008 to 2010. 

James M. Loree, the former President and CEO of Stanley Black & Decker Inc., joins the Board of Serta Simmons Bedding Inc.
