Sarena Lin Joins Bayer as Chief Transformation and Talent Officer

Bayer AG will welcome Sarena Lin as Chief Transformation and Talent Officer, as well as Labor Director, on February 1, 2021. She will also join the company’s Board of Directors at that time. In her new role, Sarena will oversee Human Resources, Strategy and Business Consulting. Sarena most recently served Elanco Animal Health as Executive Vice President of Transformation and Technology after initially joining the company as President of Elanco USA and Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Global Marketing. She gained additional senior leadership experience with Cargill, where she served as President of Cargill Feed & Nutrition after being promoted from Corporate Vice President of Strategy & Business Development. She also served McKinsey & Company for several years, ultimately as a Partner focused on strategy, merger integration, organization, and operations projects for the high tech, industrial, and pharmaceutical industries globally. She began her career as an Account Manager with Procter & Gamble.
