Michelle Peluso Joins CVS Health as Chief Customer Officer

CVS Health has hired Michelle Peluso as Chief Customer Officer, a newly-created role she will assume on January 25, 2021. She will lead customer experience transformation and digital strategy. Michelle will report to Executive Vice President, Karen Lynch, as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Michelle joins from IBM, where she most recently led as Senior Vice President of Digital Sales and Chief Marketing Officer. She was formerly with Gilt, where she served as Chief Digital Officer before transitioning to a Strategic Advisor role. She was previously Global Consumer Chief Marketing and Internet Officer for Citi after leading Travelocity as Chief Executive Officer. Earlier in her career, she co-founded Site59, leading the company as Chief Executive Officer. She also spent time as a White House Fellow and Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Labor. She began her professional career as a Case Leader with Boston Consulting Group.
