Lilicia Bailey to Join Emory Healthcare as Chief Human Resources Officer

Emory Healthcare will welcome Lilicia Bailey as Chief Human Resources Officer on September 28, 2020. In this role, Bailey will oversee all of Human Resources for the organization. Lilicia was previously Wake Forest Baptist Health’s System Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer and System Academic Enterprise Change Executive.

Emory Healthcare, part of Emory University, is the largest health care system in the state of Georgia. It comprises 11 hospitals, the Emory Clinic and more than 250 provider locations. Emory Healthcare has $3.3 billion in annual net revenue, provides over $73 million in charity care, and has about 21,000 employees.
