Jimmy Duncan Named Chief Human Resources Officer for UC Health

UC Health has appointed Jimmy Duncan as its next Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to UC Health, Jimmy was Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for Arkansas Children’s Inc. He has also held senior human resource roles with WellStar Health System, Tenet Healthcare Corporation and Banner Health Corporation. He supersedes Clarence Pauley, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, who recently announced his retirement.
