Felicia Gorcyca Joins LifeStance Health as Chief People Officer

LifeStance Health has tapped Felicia Gorcyca to take on the newly-created Chief People Officer role. She will report directly to Michael Lester, Chief Executive Officer. Felicia is a seasoned human capital executive with over two decades of experience. She joins from TPG, where she most recently served as Operations Director. While at TPG, she served on the Global Human Capital team, in addition to helping build the Chief Human Resource Officer Network. She previously held senior human resources roles with Stack Sports and Solera. Felicia began her career as a Business Analyst with Spencer Stuart, ultimately working her way up to Director.
