Enlivant Announces Executive Changes
Enlivant has announced the following changes will take place to its executive team:
- Jack R. Callison, Jr. will transition to Chairman of the Board while stepping down as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 31, 2021.
- Daniel M. Guill has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer, commencing on April 1, 2021. He currently serves the company as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Enlivant, Daniel served as a Managing Director with LPO Capital Management. He has previously held roles with Fortress Investment Group, Parthenon Capital, and Thomas Weisel Partners.
- Pete Smith has been elevated to Chief Administrative Officer from his most recent position as Chief Human Resources and Legal Officer. In this expanded role, Pete will retain oversight of the human resources and legal functions while adding regulatory, clinical, and project management leadership responsibilities. He has served as an HR executive leader with such companies as Worldpay, Burger King, AutoNation and PepsiCo.
Enlivant operates 170 independent living, assisted living, memory care and short-term stay communities in 26 states. Based in Chicago, IL, the company has a workforce of over 7,000 employees.
