Coloplast A/S expands Executive Leadership Team

Coloplast A/S has announced the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors, effective 1 October 2020. This move will expand the Executive Leadership Team from four members to six members to support the upcoming strategy focusing on innovation and growth.

The new Innovation Executive Vice President position will be held by Nicolai Buhl Andersen, who will be responsible for the company’s commercial offering and combining marketing, R&D and select global functions.

Paul Marcun will lead the new Growth Executive Vice President position which will combine the chronic care sales organization and the Wound & Skin care SBU.

The HR position will be renamed as People & Culture and has been elevated to the Executive Leadership team and will be led by Camilla G. Møhl.
