Asit Parikh, M.D., Ph.D. to Lead MoMa Therapeutics as Chief Executive Officer

MoMa Therapeutics has tapped Asit Parikh, M.D., Ph.D. as Chief Executive Officer, commencing on April 5, 2021. He was most recently with Takeda as Senior Vice President and Head of Gastroenterology. Prior to that, he served in leadership positions with Millennium Pharmaceuticals, focused on inflammation and oncology drug development. He is currently a Consulting Gastroenterologist with Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Asit supersedes interim founding Chief Executive Officer Reid Huber, Ph.D., who will continue to serve on the company’s Board of Directors.
