
Antoinette Leatherberry Appointed to Zoetis Board of Directors
Zoetis has elected Antoinette (Tonie) Leatherberry as a Member of its Board of Directors, expanding the board from 12 to 13 members. Tonie will also join the Audit and Corporate Governance Committees of the board. Tonie was most recently with Deloitte, where she served in several capacities, most recently as Board Relations Leader for Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory, until her recent retirement. She is currently a Member of the Boards of Directors for the American Family Insurance Mutual Holding Company, the Widener University Board of Trustees, and the Boston University Board of Trustees.
