TATA Motors Appoints Maloy Kumar Gupta as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company

Tata Motors Limited announced that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on July 26, 2021, Maloy Kumar Gupta (ICSI Membership No. A24123) will be appointed as the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, effective September 1, 2021. The nomination is based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI LODR Regulations.
