
Stuart Jara Becomes Chief Executive Officer of Transform Materials
Transform Materials has named Stuart Jara Chief Executive Officer. Stuart succeeds Founder Dr. David Soane, who will transition from Chief Executive Officer to Chairman. He brings a strong foundation in industrial process manufacturing leadership to his new role. Stuart most recently held leadership roles in the private equity and start-up spaces, especially focused on the industrial, manufacturing, and specialty chemical industries. Earlier in her career, he spent over a decade with Linde Group, where he earned roles of increasing leadership capacity. His tenure with Linde included serving in such roles as President and Head of the Tonnage Business for the Americas and Vice President of Finance and Strategy / Chief Financial Officer.
