Schneider Electric announced the appointment of Michael Lotfy Gierges as Executive Vice President for its global Home Distribution division and Javed Ahmad as the Senior Vice President of its Global Supply Chain North America organization.

Michael Lotfy Gierges most recently served as Senior Vice President of Power Products over North and Central America at Schneider Electric. In his new role as EVP for the Home Distribution division, he will lead the company’s efforts to bring the Electricity 4.0 revolution to homes, focusing on enhanced electrification and digitalization to promote a zero-carbon future.

Javed Ahmad, was previously the Senior Vice President of the Global Supply Chain for the International Region. In his new role as SVP of Global Supply Chain North America, he will focus on expanding supply chain capabilities within the region and digitizing its operations.
